Beautiful Souls Online Community Membership 

The following Terms for your participation in the Membership of the “Beautiful Souls Online  community” (“Beautiful Souls”,“we”, “us”, or “our”). 

Please read these terms carefully. By visiting and using the Community, Portal/ Membership Site you agree that your use of our site, participation in our Community, and  use of Community materials is governed by the following terms and conditions. 

The Beautiful Souls Online Community (“Community”,”Beautiful Souls”) is provided for  individuals who are at least 18 years old. Its content is provided online, with live calls, events, workshops and a private Beautiful Souls Online community. 

What You’ll Receive When You Join: 

  •  Daily guided meditations 
  •  Weekly Sound bath 
  •  Monthly workshop 
  •  Extensive archive of recorded meditations, sound baths, and workshops
  •  Private Beautiful Souls Online Community 
  •  Bi-monthly, sharing circle via zoom (private and not recorded) • Online platform for private contacts, messages and chats 
  •  Like-minded Beautiful Souls committed to making the world a better place through personal growth 
  •  Community care from Beautiful Soul community Members

 

During your membership, you will have access to community materials through our  password-protected members-only portal. Upon cancellation of a subscription (whether month-to-month or annual), your access to content will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. 

We are committed to providing a nurturing environment for all participants with zero tolerance for hate  speech, discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior. 

Thus, Beautiful Souls may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your  participation in any of our community events, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital, without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if: 

  •  you become disrespectful, harming, hating, disruptive, rude, attacking others, doxing others information, trolling, or engaging in other harmful behaviors.

Beautiful Souls administrators have the authority to moderate, edit, and/or remove  messages, content, and/or exclude members from live events when the terms outlined in this agreement are violated. 

Content, Privacy & Confidentiality 

  •  Beautiful Souls meditation, sound baths, and workshops are intended for a general  audience and do not purport to be, nor should they be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. 
  •  All materials, workshop manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements, and the like that  have been or will be made available by Beautiful Souls, its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for personal use only.   
  •  Beautiful Souls content is for active member use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Joel Cross
  •  If you wish to apply ideas contained in this Beautiful Souls material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes. 
  •  We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Beautiful Souls materials. 
  •  Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third parties. 
  •  Any violation of these terms & conditions regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund. 
  •  We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other Beautiful Souls community members. 
  •  We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans, and trade secrets and must insist that you respect the same rights of Beautiful Souls members and of the Beautiful Souls online community. 

Thus, you agree:  

  •  Not to solicit your services in the Beautiful Souls online community, except as suggested by community admins and moderators. 
  •  Not to infringe, defame, or harm any Beautiful Souls members or the Beautiful Soul/ Joel´s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
  •  That any confidential information shared by Beautiful Soul members or any  representative of the community is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the community.. 
  •  Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other community participants during community sessions. 
  •  All materials and information provided to you by the Beautiful Souls online  community are confidential and proprietary intellectual property. They belong exclusively to the community and may only be used by you as authorized by Joel Cross. 
  •  The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but Joel Cross is strictly prohibited. 

Membership and Fees: 

  1.  Annual Beautiful Souls Membership.  
  •  Membership is now available for a fee of $288 per year. Members who select this  option are “Annual Members.”. Annual members get twelve (12) months of access to the Beautiful Souls online community.  
  •  The subscription renews automatically at the end of twelve (12) months, and your  debit/credit card will be charged the fee stated at the time of purchase. The price may  change at the end of your subscription period if it was created with a promotional rate.  Your subscription will start as soon as your debit/credit card is successfully charged. 
  •  The subscription to the Beautiful Souls online community will not automatically cancel.  If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so before the end of your  membership cycle. Please note that you need to cancel at least 1 business day prior  to your renewal date to prevent the next year’s subscription from being processed and  billed.  
  •  There is no trial period, and we do not allow cancellations and/or refunds for annual  subscriptions. Because of this, we recommend you try a month-to-month subscription  before purchasing an annual subscription. You may upgrade to an annual subscription  at any time. 
  1.  Month-to-Month Beautiful Souls Membership 
  •  We also offer a payment plan option at a rate of $33 per month. Members who select this option are  “Monthly Members.”  
  •  If you have signed up for a month-to-month Beautiful Souls membership, the  subscription renews automatically on the date of your first purchase and monthly  thereafter on the same day, and your debit/credit card will be charged the fee stated at  the time of purchase (or the introductory rate during introductory period). Price may  change at the end of your subscription period if it was created with a promotional rate. Your  subscription will start as soon as your debit/credit card is successfully charged.
  •  Subscriptions to Beautiful Souls online community will not automatically cancel. If you  would like to cancel a monthly subscription, you may do so at any time. However,  please note that in order to not get billed for next month, you must cancel at least 1 business day before your subscription renews, because otherwise payments for the next  billing cycle will not be refunded. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged going  forward. 

Upon cancellation or non-renewal of a subscription (whether month-to-month or annual),  your access to content will end at the end of your current billing period. Limitation of Liability: 

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any  direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or  inability to use the Beautiful Souls online Community, the content or services, third party  material, comments/messages of other members, or products/services made available  through the Beautiful Souls online Community, even if we are advised beforehand of the  possibility of such damages. In the case that a state doesn’t allow the exclusion of  damages, our liability is limited to the fullest extent, permitted by such state law.  

You agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal behavior of any  Beautiful Souls member. 

The Beautiful Souls online community materials are designed for educational  purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it  replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns or  questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other  healthcare professional. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your healthcare professional because of something you may have  read on this site. The use of any information provided on this site is solely for educational purposes 

Nothing stated or posted on the Beautiful Souls online community, community materials,  website, or available through any services is intended to be, and must not be taken to  be, the practice of medical or counseling care. For purposes of this agreement, the  practice of medicine and counseling includes, without limitation, psychiatry, psychology,  psychotherapy, or providing health care treatment, instructions, diagnosis, prognosis, or  advice. 

If you are dissatisfied with the community content, services, or members, your sole and  exclusive remedy is to discontinue participating in and using the content and community. 

License: 

Your use of and access to the Beautiful Souls content is on a licensed basis. In that  regard, the Beautiful Souls online community grants to you, and you hereby accept, the  non-exclusive right, license, and privilege to use (but not sublicense) the content for the  duration of your membership.

The license granted herein does not grant you any right, title, or interest, at law or in  equity, in or to any of Communities’s or Joel Cross’ trademarks, service marks, copyrights,  copyrighted material, or any derivative uses thereof, or the name, likeness, or image of  Joel, or any other coaches and members. 

Joel shall have the right to approve all uses of the community content or derivative uses  thereof. 

Joel and the Beautiful Souls online community shall have and hereby reserve all rights and remedies which it has, or which are granted to it by operation of law, to enjoin the  unlawful or unauthorized use of the community material (any of which injunctive relief may  be sought in the courts, and also may be sought prior to or in lieu of termination), and to be  compensated for damages for breach of this agreement. 

Dispute Resolution: 

All disputes arising under or concerning this agreement are to be submitted to binding  arbitration, in order to be resolved in accordance with the laws of Jefferson County,  Arkansas.
