Beautiful Souls
Online Community
A soft space for grounding, healing, and transformation.
How's your heart?

I ask, because this simple question invites you beyond surface-level responses into a space of authentic self-connection. In our daily lives, we often disconnect from our emotional truth—becoming caretakers for others while neglecting ourselves, unable to establish boundaries, or simply moving through life on autopilot.
The Beautiful Souls Community creates a sanctuary for reconnection with your heart's wisdom. Here, you'll discover practices that foster genuine self-awareness, emotional well-being, and inner clarity. Through meditation, somatic practices, and contemplative inquiry, you'll develop the capacity to listen to your inner voice with compassion and courage.
Our mindfulness community offers a supportive environment where you can explore the landscape of your heart, cultivate greater presence, and integrate these practices into your daily life. Together, we create space for authentic expression, meaningful connection, and transformative growth.
Join us in nurturing the beautiful soul within.

Our Community Rhythm
The Beautiful Souls Community gathers daily at 7:30 AM Central Time for a mindful 30-minute practice, creating a shared space for mindful exploration. Each day offers a unique practice that supports our weekly theme, allowing you to join seamlessly at any point in your journey.
Most sessions are guided by Joel, who accompanies the practice with gentle guitar, creating a therapeutic musical foundation that supports and enriches the contemplative energy of our time together.
Daily Practice Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: Meditation
- Wednesday: Somatic Practice (alternating Yoga and Qigong weekly)
- Thursday: Guided Journaling
- Friday: Mantra and Affirmation Work
- Saturday: Silent Contemplation & Integration (Sharing Circles at 9 am)
- Sunday: Healing Sound Bath
Every practice is thoughtfully designed to explore our weekly theme through different modalities—from seated meditation and mindful movement to reflective journaling and sound healing. Saturdays provide sacred space for silent integration, while Sundays offer a gentle sound bath to ground and center before the new week begins.

Sharing Circles
Our group coaching and reflection sessions provide open space for all topics, creating a container where we learn, grow, and heal together. These circles honor each person's journey through collective wisdom.
Sharing Circles meet weekly on Saturdays at 9 AM Central for one hour (except when replaced by the monthly workshop).
Monthly Workshops
Our monthly workshops offer a sacred container for profound self-discovery, weaving together mindful teachings, guided inner healing practices, and collective wisdom sharing. In this intentional space, you'll gently illuminate the hidden patterns that shape your choices and experiences, fostering deeper self-awareness, aligned decision-making, and greater capacity for emotional resilience on your growth journey.
Monthly workshops take place at 9 AM Central on Saturdays once per month, replacing that week's Sharing Circle.
Past Workshop Themes:
- Finding Your Truth
- Micro-Meditations
- Processing Anger
- Eight Steps to Setting Healthy Boundaries
- Authentic Power - Aligning With The Soul

Private Community Network
The Beautiful Souls Community includes access to our private social network exclusively for members. This dedicated digital sanctuary allows you to connect and share without the distraction of mainstream social media content that may not align with your mindfulness journey.
This protected space encourages the courage of vulnerability, honors authentic expression, and provides ongoing support for practicing the skills cultivated in our sessions. Here, you can deepen connections with fellow community members, share insights, ask questions, and continue your growth journey beyond our scheduled practices.
Beautiful Souls Community Archive
Our resource library holds recordings of meditations, workshops, and sound baths to support your self-awareness and conscious living journey. Access these resources anytime to deepen your practice and self-actualization.
Note: Sharing Circles are never recorded to honor the safety and privacy of all participants. All future meditations, workshops, and sound baths will continue to be added to this growing library.
Testimonials
Wendi C.
As a long time meditator and meditation teacher, I was looking to inspire my practice, so I recently joined The Beautiful Souls community. With reverence and respect, the daily meditations are guided with thoughtful themes and held so beautifully with joel's guitar and his heart. Gratitude, love, light and truth are illuminated in this special community that is kind, supportive, sweet and tender. I'm grateful to be here.

Since I have found joel I can cope with my life and past a lot better. He is probably the only person who has helped me this much to heal.

Stephanie A.
Daily morning meditations with the Beautiful Souls community are truly the highlight of my day. I see it as a necessary tuning for my heart. I am both a professional musician and music teacher. My music is richer and my teaching is deeper when I allow myself to show up for the morning meditations. Joel is a legit artist whose music amplifies the beauty and sound of his soul. The human that he is and the humans he attracts through the Beautiful Souls online community are some of the kindest, wisest, and most resonant souls I’ve yet met. I feel lucky and blessed to be here!
